For my little's birthday, I had her over for a day of crafting.
She made a dozen or so bobby pins and I worked on my slow globe.
It's a little bitty one made from a spice jar.
It's not finished yet, I used superglue, which I would not recommend unless you really wanted to make sure your figurines were stuck forever--because forever takes a while to dry.
If you try it yourself, just use a glue gun.
Baby oil instead of water is a nice idea as well because it makes your doo-dads and glitter float more slowly and gracefully, but I'm being a cheap-o and adding water tomorrow.
